The degree of offense of any parade car is of course measured in the number of other vehicles that collect in its wake. In today's picture, for instance, one would likely exclaim:
"OH MY GOD. This parade car is almost 8 whole stupids of horrible! MOOOOOOOOOVE!"
(other units of measurement include "annoyings of crappy" and "killyous of diediedie")
